"The staff was friendly and helpful. There was also good water pressure in the shower and the beds were clean. However, the wall paint in the room was peeling, and the kitchenette was dirty. The bath towel got lint all over me as I dried off. It smelled like marijuana in the halls and one person was even smoking a cigarette as he came out of his room while the whole hotel was clearly marked “no smoking”. The elevator and one of the lobby doors didn’t work. "

"I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Chattanooga – Hamilton Place and had a fairly average experience overall. The location is convenient, especially if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants around Hamilton Place. Everything was mostly clean, though there were a few small details that seemed overlooked, like some wear on the furniture, curtains and carpet. "Parking was great and room was awesome as well as the staff. Air conditioning worked very well. Catt was absolutely amazing and seemed to really love her job. She greeted me and my business partner as if she'd known us for years. She also made sure that of we needed anything she was there for us. Deborah was also very pleasant as well as the rest of the staff. Can't applaud them enough. The best stay I've ever had. Love this place. Breakfast was great also and had plenty of seating. "

"I recently stayed at Aloft Chattanooga —One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its location — it’s perfectly situated near plenty of shopping centers and great restaurants, which made it super convenient to explore the area without having to drive far. One downside, however, was the parking situation. It could get a bit tight and inconvenient at times, especially during busier hours, which added a little frustration to an otherwise smooth stay"
