"Plenty of parking space, room is spacious and clean. Very close to SDF airport and have free shuttle to airport so it was convinient for me and my son after we check out. The front desk staffs are so nice and proffessional, help me to check in early with out any hassle and adfitional fee, since we arrived 3hours early of check in time. The area is quiet,and have more hitels next to it. Will recommend to other travelers."

"The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. The maid service was terrible, daily forgetting to replenish things like toilet paper, coffee, water. Everyday I had to call the front desk to bring up supplies. The window ledges inside and outside on our balcony were filthy and there was trash on our balcony.
The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The main lobby, bar, restaurant were nice and food at the restaurant was decent."

"DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE!!!!! I called on Sunday night to ask about a deposit and they said there wasnt one, get there Monday to check in and they say there's a deposit the policy went into effect that day. So we went and did some Uber deliveries and Walmart deliveries to make the money pull back up at 930 before check in cut off time and get told that they have no rooms and they sold out even tho I had already paid for the room! Didn't even bother to try and find us a different hotel. Absolutely...
