"When I was checking in, the employee was very helpful and made sure we have everything we needed. His name is Charles I believe. He said it was his first week there. He handled check in very well. Our room was very clean."

"The property itself wasn't very clean. The trash cans that they had outside were overflowing. The rooms are outdated along with the linen. There's cigarette Burns in the comforter, food was stuck in the remote from the previous guest. That was beyond disgusting. They have an oval toilet which I have at home with the round seat and lid which does not make any sense. Never seen something like that. It's very odd. There is a little peephole in the corner of the shower by the shower head. It's about a 2-in diameter screened hole. My wife and I saw that and thought that was extremely unusual, especially where it was placed. The elevator had graffiti on the stainless portions that had not been removed. The staff was very kind and that's the only plus for this particular location. Extremely disappointed on the condition of this hotel. Clearly the owner or property manager does not put any money into it."

"Loved the uniqueness and quirkiness of the room! Stayed on the "Level Up" floor in the Mushroom Kingdom suite, had a Mario Bros. theme. Huge suite, on a corner!"

"For a sleep inn the room was fine and outside of the left behind articles of clothing in the closet was clean. Check in was done via kiosk and off-site persons. The gym was small but functional with a nice elliptical and treadmill. Breakfast room was cramped but food selection was ok. Staff did their best in the breakfast rooms cramped quarters to keep food fresh and room clean- not an easy task when fellow guests have no issues making messes... Pool was off the breakfast room which was odd but other guests seemed to have no issues using it. Generally good value for money..."

"To Whom it may concern, Parking was charged at $15 a day, but they have their own parking lot. The cell phone service was intruded while in the hotel even with excellent signal. 1 block away cell phones work fine. They sell WiFi, funny how that works. Breakfast was good with options, rooms dont get cleaned daily while staying. Overall, ok, but probably would find something cheaper for overall experience. Least favorite thing were loud hallways.
