"This is a great stay. Many nearby options…as is typical of Colorado. Staff is attentive. I would stay here again."

"We will not stay here again. The sink faucet was broken and turned around every time we tried using it. The sink is uneven and would not drain. Terrible water pressure. Dirty floors had crumbs and rust marks. The walls were beaten up and black marks everywhere. The Ice canister had something sticky all over it. There was a used gas station cup near coffee maker. Clearly no one takes their job seriously at this hotel."

"Great property, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I do wish the bathroom door was a little more private, but overall my wife and I really enjoyed our stay."

"There was a massive construction/remodel effort underway that was not mentioned on the website. Guest elevators were unavailable and all guests had to take staff elevators. The lobby was rendered pretty much unusable. The staff was clearly under pressure and did well to help but I wish there was mention made on their website. "

"The “new renovated” room could’ve been better done. Not being able to have breakfast in our room when My Husband typically brings me breakfast in bed when we stay in a hotel was very frustrating. The showerhead was so low. My Husband was having a hard time even showering. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were very nice. The staff were very nice and respectful. Parking wasn’t an issue. Using people using drugs on the property should have been dealt with and taken care of because...

We tried to check out the night we arrived but the room was NOT refundable. You have to say 7 days to get housekeeping (not disclosed at check in), the room was disgusting we had to buy cleaning supplies to make it bearable.
