"The front desk staff were so genuinely helpful and extremely professional. We were stopping here for the night on our way from Texas to visit the mountains and figured staying at lower altitude the first night would help us adjust before our four nights in Silverthorne. This hotel was awesome and accommodating in every aspect. Westminster and this area are picture perfect and we're so glad we stayed here and we'll definitely do it again in the future. "We checked in late Thursday night and had a room right by the elevator, it was so noisy we didn’t sleep at all. Had to change rooms the next day. Also, we had a family emergency and had to leave our 5 night stay one day early but they would not give us a refund. Really do not recommend this hotel."

"The lobby is under construction you have to walk all the way around. Im in a medical boot so it was almost 1 mile from parking lot around to the lobby. The waitress at the restaurant was so rude. We waited 5 minutes to be seated and the bartender said to take a seat so we choose a table. Than the server shows up totally rude that we were already sat."

"Great property, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I do wish the bathroom door was a little more private, but overall my wife and I really enjoyed our stay."

"Room was clean and bigger than expected. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. Need to have some quality coffee instead of giving just black water with coffee flavor in it. Parking was good but at times, it may not be that big."

"Coffee was old and not hot. The room dishes were lacking, no dish soap, and room was medium clean. Kinda old too. Not the best RI I have stayed in."

"The hotel was excellent. The staff member who checked us in - Rose - was very efficient and friendly and offered some great advice about our stay in the Denver area. The rooms are large and modern with separate lounge area and kitchen. Great toiletries provided. Breakfast was well stocked and lots of choice both hot and cold. Could not fault our stay and look forward to our return prior to our flight home."

"There was one issue, the fitness room did not have wipes for cleaning the equipment. We mentioned it to staff one day one, they said they would replenish immediately but three days later it had still not been done. Otherwise a very pleasant experience."

"My spare tire got stolen in the parking lot. The cable went out half the stay. Pool was out and had algae growing so couldn’t even use the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Qtips in the elevators for days, toothpaste out front for days. Breakfast was always empty and finding staff was near impossible.Was for my wedding and was embarrassing that this is where I brought my guests to"

"So I stayed 2 nights. Got in late late the 1st night and the front desk was very helpful that Friday night. Sarurdays breakfast was awesome and as expected however sunday's breakfast selection was not as expected. Hasbrowns were hard and tasteless and it was a bare minimum for hot food. I wasn't expecting that. Other than that ..the stay was very nice"
