"I used this hotel strictly for sleep. I never spent any downtime in the hotel. But I can say rooms were cleaned, nothing grossed me out, they vacuumed our rooms everyday and made sure everything was always tidy. We didn’t use any amenities because we had no time. So I couldn’t leave a review about anything else."

"The front desk wasnt helpful at all. The iron leaked. Asked for new set of towels that was never delivered. Bed was uncomfortable and could feel the springs. Was told turn down service was every 3 days."

"I had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was nearby. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus and helped get the day started. Overall, it was a great value, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"I like the modern design of this hotel. Rooms were clean. Flooring in our room did have stains and carpet as well but everything else was ok. Not pristine but good enough. Elevator is painstakingly slow from the mezzanine but if you’re not in a rush it’s ok. Area is nice and lots of places within walking distance."

"Coffee was old and not hot. The room dishes were lacking, no dish soap, and room was medium clean. Kinda old too. Not the best RI I have stayed in."

"went to the breakfast place two different days to get a bagel and cream cheese. Both days they had no cream cheese and didn't figure it out until after they toasted the bagel. So they have me a bagel with no topping :( The light switch is broken on the light next to the bed (closest to the bathroom). Loved the pool area ! Beautiful hotel, very comfortable stay"

"Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night."

"My spare tire got stolen in the parking lot. The cable went out half the stay. Pool was out and had algae growing so couldn’t even use the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Qtips in the elevators for days, toothpaste out front for days. Breakfast was always empty and finding staff was near impossible.Was for my wedding and was embarrassing that this is where I brought my guests to"

"It was very creepy room. Smelled weird, like cooked cabbage. Very noisy with doors slamming, loud voices and baby calling out late at night. Left after first night despite no refund policy."

"It’s in a great location, but sadly rooms need to be updated. Floors were dirty chairs with stains sheets were stains in the carpet smelled really bad"

"When we checked in, we found out the elevator was not working. The room we booked was on the 3rd floor. We were offered a different room with different number of beds. When we got into the room the carpet was filthy, burn marks on the bedding. Bathroom wasn't up to my cleanliness standards. The swimming pool was under maintenance we were not informed of that. We discovered it wasn't open when we went looking. I won't book a room there ever again. Super disappointed."

"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."
