The room was nice, but the sink had cold water only, unless you took a shower first...maybe related to on demand hot water heater? If so, they should spring for the recirculatory component."

"Problem from the get-go. I arrived at around 11:20pm (due to a delayed flight). The front desk clerk was not present for a few minutes. When he came out he told me my reservation was not available anymore since I was so late and that I received an email explaining that, which I didn’t. He had a very heavy accent so perhaps it was lost in translation but eventually he gave me my prepaid room. My room seemed like it was not properly cleaned and there was a big red carpet stain next to the couch...

"Super disappointed with my stay. I booked several months in advance for a busy weekend. When we arrived later in the day, we were placed in the 3rd building, which I was told the 1st, then 2nd filled up, but because it was busy, they put people in the third building. It felt liked it was a last resort placement. The first room we were put in had a hot, smelly fridge. So I called to be moved as we had food from a cooler to be refrigerated.
