""Newly renovated", the area, and posted pictures were the reasons we booked this hotel, but upon arrival to the property it was a completely different story. We had to change rooms immediately, and the second room still had cleanliness, maintenance, and saftey concerns. The property felt neglected rather than renovated, it was a totally scetchy atmosphere from the time we got there till we decided an hour later it was a safer choice to go somewhere else. Expedia had difficulty getting assistance...

"Clean room, great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, no noise from other guests or from outside. The hotel building is right next to a walking pathway with trees, shade, picnic tables, grass and trees. The other side of the hotel building is next to an outdoor basketball court. Well worth the money, I would stay here again. Disliked paying for parking."

"The pool is freezing. There was clearly a leak in the ceiling that had left a huge bubbled area over the middle of the pool and several other bubbled spots. The women’s sauna did not work. Parking is not free even though the lot is huge and there are several other hotels in the area that have free parking and lastly the internet is also not free. Who charges for internet in 2026?!? If you need to stay in the area go across the street to the Drury Hotel or choose any other hotel. Very...

"The air conditioning was good. The bed and bedding was good. The shower was not draining. The pool was not open. The walls outside of our room had dirty fingerprints. The walkways and railings were dirty and banged up. Staff was good, but it was extremely frustrating for us that the pool was not open. The pool was clearly cleaned. You need to get the part for the disabled lift as soon as possible. The only reason we selected your hotel was because you had a pool."
