"Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night."

"I like the modern design of this hotel. Rooms were clean. Flooring in our room did have stains and carpet as well but everything else was ok. Not pristine but good enough. Elevator is painstakingly slow from the mezzanine but if you’re not in a rush it’s ok. Area is nice and lots of places within walking distance."

"Checked in and was at the property less then an hour, still got charged for first night but was able to cancel the rest of my stay. Just a dirty, run down, gross place."

"Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work."

This was because my original hotel for the same night randomly canceled on me. They didn't even do anything wrong, but this hotel did customer service for poor treatment from a different hotel! "Cons The property looked much better in the photos than in person. This seems like it's a hotel/motel. There was no phone inside of the room. Pros Neutral location and not to far from Denver. The room was small, but it was very clean. The staff was really helpful and friendly."

"Best part of the stay was checking out! I called asking if we could check in earlier than 3pm, they said 2:30, but our room wasn’t ready until 3:30, which delayed us to our game. Other guests were also upset that rooms weren’t ready at check in time. Manager Kevin tried to say house keeping was different dept, we said, if you are the manager, all departments are your responsibility. Finally in the room, looked 70’s show, faucet wouldn’t shut off properly, bathroom floor uneven so the door would...

"Found a softball in our room. So obviously wasn't cleaned. Curtains need to close all the way for darkness. Hallway and elevator smelled like marijuana. Window screens in pool area were broken out."
