"My stay was perfect. Staff, breakfast and room was great."

"The room was very clean, but there was a foul odor, that lasted at least 4 of the seven days I was there. I asked for an air freshener to deal with this, but was told there wasn’t any. Also there was no iron in the room. I was supplied with one when I asked for it. The people in the front desk were very polite and friendly. This was the hotel’s greatest plus."

"The hotel was an older Double Tree, but well maintained and clean. Our room had some door issues and we reported when checking out. The pool is under renovation which would have been nice to know when booking. However, they did provide an alternative which was about an 8-10 minute drive."

Having a plunger in the bathroom is not good maintenance. Terrible experience. I told the staff in the morning and they couldn't be bothered to apologize. All they said was "We'll let them know." The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they allowed us to check in about an hour early, which gave us extra time to explore downtown before our event.
