"They were awesome as always. If anything they were way more awesome than usual. Diego was kind to me and gave me some snacks on the house. This was because my original hotel for the same night randomly canceled on me. They didn't even do anything wrong, but this hotel did customer service for poor treatment from a different hotel! Really made my night. Thank you. Will book again!!!"

"There was a massive construction/remodel effort underway that was not mentioned on the website. Guest elevators were unavailable and all guests had to take staff elevators. The lobby was rendered pretty much unusable. The staff was clearly under pressure and did well to help but I wish there was mention made on their website. "

"I was staying at night and during all that time they did not clean or change sheets or tusllas did not take out the garbage."

"No hot water in the shower towels to little no remote control for the TV room smelled like cigarettes and smoke parking was terrible homeless people all around the hotel worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in nothing good to comment"

"This run down, miserable "hotel" should be avoided by anyone wishing a clean, quiet, reputable lodging. With one exception: were you just released from jail, you might find this a wonderful spot to move any worldly belongings into and call it home. The only exception was the staff. A team of friendly and helpful people, they clearly are doing the best they can under these circumstances. This place should be stripped of any licenses they hold and be raised and erased from memory. The noise...

"Great location near downtown. Gas stations nearby for easy accessibility to drinks and snacks. Close enough to find scooters and bikes and explore downtown. Staff were helpful in asking local questions of great spots to eat and explore."

"I read other reviews and I thought how bad could it really be? i'm here to tell you it's worst. door locks are broken, the bedding and the pillows were terrible. Everything was dirty, and there was way more here in the shower than any of the reviews showed, which I couldn't quite believe.. Spend the extra $50 to go somewhere nice."
