"The constant fan in room started to squeak. and I requested a solution, but nothing was done and no one checked or asked if their “solution” satisfied the issue. Either they didn’t address it or didnt fix it, or ignored it, but no solution and it squeaked all night for two nights- (could not turn off the fan)"

"My daughters and I came for a funeral and our stay was amazing from the friendly staff, to great complementary breakfasts and the cleanliness of our room. Definitely will be staying here again if we’re ever in town. Would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends."

"Such a nice place! The staff was so kind. There was an employee going in between the bar and the restaurant, and I had to wait at most 10 minutes which I did not mind at all! But the employee gave me my Starbucks for free to apologize for the wait. How sweet and kind. Totally recommend staying here, very clean and SUCH friendly staff. One of the best places I’ve stayed at in Colorado! "

"There were plenty of places to eat and shop. Air conditioning worked very well. Most of the area outside the building were well kept except for the garbage bins that were outside my window. There was garbage everywhere. It really needs some work. "
