"The rooms are big and comfortable, also clean. The room has a mini-kitchen with stove and fridge. However, there wasn't a single cup, pan or spoon. Nothing to do even a cup of coffee. I asked to the reception and they said they sometimes have them to lend but not available on those days. Also the building is very isolated, so finding a place for a coffee within a walking distance is impossible."

"The hotel, staff, and breakfast were excellent. The only two disappointments were no freezer in the fridge and no lotion in the bathroom. We needed to freeze the ice blocks for our cooler and with the dry Colorado air, we needed lotion. Otherwise, a great stay!"

"My husband & I were in for a business trip & initially booked for a couple days. Due to client needs, we continued to have to extend our stay for 3-4 days. The staff was “annoyed” because we came down in the morning to ask them to extend, pay & cause time into their day. This hotel is empty for a reason. Marriott is a descent chain, this property should be ashamed of themselves. Customer Service 0."

"Room needed more lighting. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Suite stock of dishes, silverware, etc. was sparse. Had to go check in to get more spoons. Didn’t have any, finally found after searching a couple of plastic ones. No mirrors in room, only in bathroom which is small for a suite. Coffee in lobby was cold and not fresh. Had to take cup to room to heat up. Brought out new after I had left. WARNING: There is NO breakfast served as web sight says. Parking lot is not well maintained and...

"Exceptional room, comfortable bed, very clean, excellent breakfast included. We liked that there was a lounge area to eat comfortably after our flight and shuttle to the hotel."

"The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo. I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign!"

"Front desk staff was great! Check-in was easy. Breakfast offerings were decent! Unfortunately, there was a hotel wide TV outage for over 12 hours which left us with kind of a negative view of the property. Weather outside was cold and rainy so couldn't use the pool - with not much left to do, being without one of the most basic amenities for our entire stay was somewhat disappointing!"
