"Perfect suite for my daughter and me while she was receiving medical treatment. The staff was very helpful. Everything you would need. I took advantage of the laundry facilities and the gym. Daily breakfast had numerous options. Amazing amount of places to sit and hang out. We are back in August. I’m looking forward to using the pool while we’re there."

Everyone made me and my service dog feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much to the entire staff at Fairfield Inn for such a wonderful experience."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the adjustable desk thing they had in there. The hotel is across the street from a Wal-Mart so that was handy. The location is further from Boulder than I expected because I didn't really research it, and had searched Expedia for Boulder hotels. We had a car do it didn't matter too much but just be aware of that."

"My husband & I were in for a business trip & initially booked for a couple days. Due to client needs, we continued to have to extend our stay for 3-4 days. The staff was “annoyed” because we came down in the morning to ask them to extend, pay & cause time into their day. This hotel is empty for a reason. Marriott is a descent chain, this property should be ashamed of themselves. Customer Service 0."

"The rooms are big and comfortable, also clean. The room has a mini-kitchen with stove and fridge. However, there wasn't a single cup, pan or spoon. Nothing to do even a cup of coffee. I asked to the reception and they said they sometimes have them to lend but not available on those days. Also the building is very isolated, so finding a place for a coffee within a walking distance is impossible."

"The hotel staff was incomprehensible they charged me without telling me they were going to for my service dog and when asked they refused to refund me. My suitcases and other possessions were put outside and stolen when I was away from my room. I have filed multiple complaints and have filed a civil lawsuit DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!"

"Modern and very clean. Full kitchen in room so was able to refreeze our ice packs overnight before repacking our cooler the next morning. Breakfast was excellent offering many healthy options and a huge variety. Staff was very friendly. Didn’t use amenities so can’t comment on that. Only complaint is we couldn’t figure out how to shut off the rather loud fan on the ac unit."
