"eine neue Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. ich hatte immer eine Gute Erfahrungen mit Alle Mitarbeiter in Empfang, aber ich habe diese neue Mitarbeiterin ein Zimmer zu geben ein Großes Bett und trotzdem hat sie mir anderen Zimmer gegeben. ich habe mit ihr wieder geredet, dass ich habe oft diese Zimmer Nummer 20. oder Zimmer mit Großes Bett und sie war sehr unfreundlich. das hat mir nicht gefallen. Sonst alles ist immer wunderbar. "
