"My guest and I were surprised at the space. The room was far more spacious than I had imagined and the view was amazing. Located right on Sunset. The kitchen and bathroom were more than ample for my stay and I will be rebooking."

"They have hidden fees at check out. $85 a night for valet that you can't say no to and doesn't say anywhere when booking . I had breakfast at the restaurant and paid with my card and it was still charged to my room so double charges. A small pepperoni pizza and a ginger ale $44 and the pizza looks like it came from a low budget movie theatre not at all the quality I was thinking for the price. I paid on expedia thinking that was my final cost sadly it wasn't."

"The rooms were clean, I liked the retro look of the whole place. You have to have your car parked via valet, which is fine, because you know it will be safe. Valet attendants were very friendly and fast. Room was not ready at check in. Once we did get our keys, they handed the keys and that was it. No info on where the room was, nothing on WiFi, nothing. Just here’s the keys, thank you. There is a very cute on-site retro restaurant/cafe which was nice. The service there was great."

"Beautifully redone historic building with modern amenities. We booked a poolside suite, which was massive and well laid out. All that said the service was lacking for the price. On our way in we were offered bell hop service, but I ended up rolling our cart up 45 minutes later because it was still in the lobby and we had to get ready for our night. After dinner we called the front desk for a hypoallergenic pillow, and had to call two more times before it was delivered nearly two hours later."

"Hotel was clean. We stayed here for a concert. Got decent sleep. Tv didn’t work they couldn’t figure out how to fix it so no tv for us. Also no full length mirror which kinda was important especially before a concert."

"Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in my life. Homeless people live there and surround the property. The floors inside the room were disgustingly black, and safety is lacking entirely. Loud music blasting through the courtyard and parking is paid for but not honoured. Unsurprisingly, I woke up with bites over my legs. "Good hotel"

"This hotel was super close and close to everything we wanted to see. Universal. Hollywood sign. Holly wood walk of fame. The pool was super cute and clean and big. The hotel was clean and staff were amazing 10/10 would stay here again and again."

"The property at first sight was good. We checked in no issues, room was reasonable and clean, had AC. Parking was free. Very narrow driveway so if you have a large truck is will be a tight fit. What went bad was once night came. Guests staying are mostly drug addicts super noisy. There is no one onsite after 10pm so no control. Couldn't sleep at all, noise went on until the a.m. Will not be returning, definitely got what I paid for. It was cheap. I just needed a day to run arons in LA. But...

"Price was decent but I would have rather just upgraded stays for a higher price. Place was renovated and new, however the bathroom wasn’t and you could tell, it was a bit dirtier than the room.
