"Had to switch rooms due to hotel.com room description. The manager was extremely accommodating. The staff was very nice and the food was good and not too pricey. The only downside is the area, homeless people everywhere and the didn't seem to be the safest at night. The room price for the area is not worth it. "

"The unit was clean and spacious, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The gym is small and basic but has what you need for cardio or weight training. Even though there is no communication with a human host, the AI text messaging was quick and quite helpful. The lounge and luggage storage were especially useful since our flight was later in the day—we were able to check-out and explore the city without carrying our bags around. The only downside was that we didn’t know which floor we would be on. We had hoped for a higher floor with a nicer view, but ended up on the third floor overlooking the next building and parking lot. Still, there was plenty of natural light and some palm trees to look at."
