"I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was amazing! Beyond the spectacular location the staff was extremely helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is so convenient next to the train station, bus stop for the valley, and the gondola. Breakfast was a delight. Overall it was an amazing time. "

"The hotel sits high in the village with breathtaking views and feels like something from the past. The building is old but well maintained to be a lovely experience. We had an older style room but our friends had a modern decor room which makes me think they are updating rooms. The staff were wonderful and could not be more helpful. We were very happy with this hotel. "

"Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. We had an apartment just off the main building with a private bedroom, a large bed, and a single bed in the living area. The kitchenette was well-equipped for simple meals. Breakfast was excellent — fresh breads and great coffee — and there’s always hot coffee available downstairs. "We love staying here, everything is so lovely and clean. The mountain view from the room was outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, we really enjoyed it. We visited the Umami restaurant located inside the hotel, and the food was terrific. The bus station is located in front of the hotel, making it very convenient. If you prefer, walking to restaurants and stores takes around 20 minutes. You will enjoy the view"
