"Good"

"Several issues made this a disappointing experience. The bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning, making the bathroom stuffy and unusable. More concerning, guests were openly smoking marijuana at the main entrance, which was unpleasant and inappropriate. We were initially assigned a room on the 3rd floor, but a group of young men were loitering in the corridor, whispering comments like "a family is here" when they saw us — which felt uncomfortable and unsafe. We had to request a room change to...

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."

"The hotel overall is very clean. Any staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. We stay there on our way from NY to SC every year and will be staying again on our return trip."

The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"Decent place to stay, staff was accommodating but the facility itself should be kept up a bit better. At least clean the doors and windows regularly, pickup trash and sweep outside. Rooms were clean but a bit dated, for the price, quality and location, it’s a value. "

"Pros: Staff was excellent, room was spacious, workout area was nicer than some hotels. Multiple laundry machines were convenient. Cons: Pool water was cloudy, I could not see my feet. "The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful! Breakfast was very hearty! The parking was ample and safe! The hotel itself needs some updating, however it was clean and priced accordingly. The staff was very helpful with assisting us on places to visit or dining out selections. The staff were very friendly! I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Springfield!"
