"It is a good concept for some travellers but not one i ever experienced and hesitate to use the hospitality word too freely. Arriving late, i realised i have not received any passcode that was needed nor a reply I could read advising that parking was on the street, until i found the number to call. the lady was up late and helpfully provided me with the number to get in, and then i had to download the app for accessing my room. "Great hotel just a few minutes walk from the Hannover train station. Excellent staff. Large room. Comfortable bed, but miserable pillows. Close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Many attractions a short walk from the central location of the hotel. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to Julyana (spelling?) for her care and great advice on local coffee spots. Appreciate"
