"I think it's terrible they made me pay for one night even though we didn't stay and weren't even there that long (20 minutesat most before leaving). Once we said the room was terrible, and not clean the worker at the desk started getting rude, and short tempered with me. There were dead bugs all over the place, wasn't vacuumed. The sink water was dark brown, and the water in the shower was even darker brown. The people at the desk told me it was fine. Dark brown water is not fine. I was so disgusted we decided to leave. I didn't even stay 20 min. They charged me 67 bucks for not staying. Thwy said they refunded the pet fee of 40 bucks as a "courtesy". When infact they should have anyways. They scam their paying customers. They blame the water on maintenance, but when we got there, there wasn't any maintenance going on. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!"
"Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Our door did not close all of the way and the security bar was broken. The highway noise was so loud that sleep was difficult. Very run down place. The attempt to refresh was not done very well. Tub peeling paint. I would not stay here again for the price."
"Dead tired after 9 hours on the road, I arrived at this motel. Desk clerk laughed when I asked about coffee in the morning, said to go to the Waffle House across the parking lot. Sheets were stained, walls were scuffed and paint peeling, bathtub looked grungy, floor boards were warped and sticking up. But it did have a fridge and a microwave, and the AC worked well. No bedbugs, so I stayed. Asked about ice later with the same response: Waffle House. In the morning, I used the microwave, after which all power to that side of the room went off, apparently a tripped circuit breaker, which I couldn't find. Tried to report this so the next guest wouldn't suffer, but no staff available when I checked out. Cost was $46, so I guess you get what you pay for, or a little less. NEVER AGAIN!"
"Service was good. Basically hotel itself needs some updating. There were things that did not work and other things that seemed to need to be replaced. All in all it seemed like someone was trying to run it on a shoestring budget."
"I try not to write reviews, but this one was definitely needed!!
No toilet paper
One towel when we checked in for 2 guests
And… hair…all in the beds! Nasty!!!!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE."
"TV did not work, phone didn’t work, room smelled, safety chain lock was pulled out the wall, outlets by bed and bathroom did not work. The manager was curt and wouldn’t make eye contact. It appeared from the men standing in the outside walk way that the majority of the rooms were highway construction workers looking for a cheap room. Across the street stands a Holiday Inn Express which was apparently at full capacity. We will stay there on our trip home."
