La realidad no es como las fotos

El departamento se ve como en las fotos, pero no tiene aire acondicionado, estaba sucio, no tiene mosquiteros por lo que no puedes abrir ventanas y el registro "virtual" es una pesadilla. El edificio está bonito y la zona muy práctica, pero el departamento deja mucho que desear.

Su servicio para poder ingresar a la propiedad es ineficiente, dos horas esperando el acceso la persona que está en recepción es ajena al departamento por lo tanto no saben y no tienen idea de cómo darte acceso a tu departamento

Simplemente no pude utilizar la habitación. La publicación es engañosa. Dice que hay estacionamiento y no hay estacionamiento. Nunca me dieron el número de habitación, por lo cual seguridad no me dejó pasar y tuve que reservar otra habitación. Ah, Super.

La descripción dice que tiene Aire Acondicionado y estacionamiento, no tiene ninguna de las 2 cosas El departamento no tiene numeración Se maneja como hotel la publicidad, ningun momento dicen que es a través de TRIBU El sistema de reconocimiento facial nunca funcionó El departamento es un lock-off muy ruidoso con el otro departamento

La habitación está cómoda si vienes a algo en la Universidad Panamericana pues está convenientemente cerca. LA habitación es sencilla pero está bien, sin embargo, entrar a la habitación es algo complicado y en mi caso el piso y el escritorio estaban sucios. La regadera está buena. Se escuchan mucho los ruidos de los vecinos y como es zona de estudiantes puedes llegar a escuchar reuniones de varios de ellos. A mi se complico poder contactar al propietario por teléfono, todo tiene que ser por correo y al principio no tenía conocimiento de a qué correo escribir por. lo que no tenía comunicación.

Horrible comunicación desde para poder pagar hasta para que te reciban. Que porque no hay guardia el fin de semana… no sirvió el wifi toda la semana y su respuesta fue contacted la aplicación a nosotros ya no… súper caliente el departamento parece horno y no tienen aire acondicionado… demasiado caro para las pésimas condiciones. No tienen servicio de limpieza en lo absoluto.
