"I stayed in a stylish and comfortable room with a balcony that gave a beautiful view of Volcan de Agua. It's true there is no TV but with the setup, that's probably a good thing. I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper and I can confirm there are no fridges or microwaves in the room. You are basically part of a section of newer highrises with restaurants and a mini supermarket. There are armed guards all around so you can feel a little more comfortable and definitely at night. But if you leave that section, be careful. I came across a sketchy person but luckily got away. The restaurant was a whole vibe and the food was okay. It's my own preference but I would have liked more Guatemalan inspired food. WiFi was solid. I had to take three final exams and happily had no issues. They don't charge an incidental fee for those curious. For the price and experience, I am more than satisfied with everything. Would stay again in the future."
