"The hotel is conveniently located near the Brussel North Station. In barely 3 blocks away you are at the hotel. The front staff is very welcoming an ego to help you when they computers are not down. The bar area is extremely small and they do have life music, which cut all the possibilities to have a business meeting. "The hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.staff were very helpful. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms and it was perfect. Hotel is in a really great location. Breakfast was perfect! Great for vegans. We had a delightful stay and fell in love with Brussels. Thankyou so much ❤️"

"A bunch of Gen-Z hippies in a wanna be 4 star hotel that feels like a hostel full of poor students. Zero amenities in the room, want an early check in? you’ll have to pay, even though the room is available, want to get your room clean? it will take them 8-9 hrs. "Very friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast. Bed was up against the wall so one person had to clamber out of the bottom of the bed which isn’t ideal and duvet was very thin so not very warm."

"Really nice all over, the only thing that could be improved is the shower that floods the bathroom and makes the floor a slipping hazard. Very clean and beautiful otherwise, the location is amazing!"

"The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever."

"There was a large conference at the hotel which added to noise and lack of service in the lounge. Had we known prior that this conference was happening, we would not have stayed. Noise in our room was attributed to the elevators possibly. It would have been nice to have shower gel in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good."

"The hotel is in a very centric location with many restaurants close by. Even though we arrived early the front desk let us in early when we signed up to be members. The room had all the amenities needed. Would stay here again."
