Es gab eine eigene kleine Küche, was sehr praktisch war. Der Zimmerservice war gut: täglich frische Handtücher und eine gründliche Reinigung der Zimmer. Contra: Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Es war fast nie ein Parkplatz zu finden und wenn doch, waren diese sehr eng. Am besten parkt man gegenüber...

"Fantastisch hotel. Zijn er in ontelbare geweest maar dit is wel echt de overtreffende de trap. Hadden wel Rock royalty geboekt maar écht een aanrader, apart in alle rust ontbijten, niks tekort gekomen. Alle personeel behulpzaam en ontzettend vriendelijk "

"There were a collection of things that made our stay less than disappointing. Number 1: There was an extremely drunk guest who harassed our group several nights in a row, even threatening to throw a table at us. Miguel, the hotel manager, told us after we complained that there was nothing he could do until the guest physically assaulted us and is witnessed by a member of staff. Very odd and we felt totally unsafe walking around incase we came across this aggressive guest. Other reasons...

"Our stay here was excellent and we felt well taken care of throughout the stay. We were greeted with a glass of Cava on arrival, booked the standard double but received a large corner room with two balconies and a lovely view of the hills and Teide. Clean room and daily housekeeping. Great selection at the buffet breakfast. The hotel felt modern, clean and well placed away from the busyness of the coast strip, but still close enough to get out and explore Puerto. Pool was on the smaller side...
