"E-post med information skickades innan jag kom, och det var lätt att hitta och få tillgång till rummet. Allt var rent. Jag skulle bara föreslå att toalettborsten byts ut mot en ny. Boendet ligger nära många butiker och centrala Porto, cirka 10 minuters promenad bort. Det är dock viktigt att notera att hostelet ligger i en gammal byggnad, vilket innebär att ljudisoleringen inte är den bästa. Jag brukar vanligtvis sova bra, men jag vaknade eftersom vissa gäster förde oväsen under natten."

"The place is truly a hidden gem. You feel like a guest in a home. It’s decorated beautifully. I normally struggle with sleeping in hotels but I was getting the best night sleep. The place has a coat feel even though it’s decorated like a place out of a magazine. All the staff were very helpful and extremely nice. I definitely recommend that you book your stay here. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "

"You basically no contact with staff, only when you go down for breakfast on the first day when she ask the room number, after that she will ignore you the whole time. Don’t bother including breakfast unless you like boiled eggs. My son did not even went down for breakfast for the 3 days that we were there because there was only boiled eggs and toast."

"Everything in the hotel and room was great. The room was wonderful and the oversize bath towels are a huge plus. Location was also very good. Now, for the one negative, and it is a huge negative that would prevent us from staying here again! In the lobby by the reception desk, the hotel has a plug in device that gives off a constant mist with an overpowering strong scent that is unpleasant and overwhelming. It is so powerful, that even when you left the hotel, it lingered on for several minutes."
