"The book was out of date so when I booked a tour, I still had more to pay for when I arrived. They admitted that tour in the book has not been available since January and it's May now. The food is hit or miss. Overall really gorgeous and incredible property, short walk to Ubud main area and very quiet next to the jungle. Pool is a fun shape, but impossible to swim any laps in because of it and with the mix up on tours, food being just so-so, for the price tag of this place, I really expected...

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a nice garden and ”outdoor” kitchen and diningarea/livingroom. Very steep steps leading to the second bedroom. Breakfast is not bufféstyle but a set menu, quite small portions though. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Ubud center (market), witch is good because the place is nice and quiet at night. There is a bunch of restaurants within a couple of min walk. "

"We spent 4 nights in a suite room here and everything was perfect. It is a small boutique resort with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large, with two sinks, a large bath and comfortable beds with luxury linen. Our room was very quiet at night. The pool is small but lovely and we could always get a sun lounge. The restaurant was also lovely and the breakfast had a good range to choose from. Sri Ratih is a peaceful oasis close to the centre of Ubud. I would return."

"Totally overestimated. Outdated room. Towels were worn out. There was a stain and a dead fly on a comforter and I requested to change it. A female employee picked up the dead fly by her fingers and didn’t wash her hand. Gross! "

"The hotel is located above a beautiful cafe with delicious food. The staff are incredibly kind and always available to help answer questions. The location of the hotel is also great. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay there again. "

"My family had a fantastic stay here. The place itself is wonderful, set in a beautiful traditional Balinese family complex, and the villa area is spacious, quiet and private. The kids loved the pool and really appreciated the supplied floaty toys. The photos represent the property we'll, everything is comfortable and overall it's a very relaxing and enjoyable environment to spend time in. The location is also great, the Penestanan area is nice and a bit more chilled out than central Ubud, but...

"I love this villa. The location is great, walking distance to everything. The room was clean and beautiful. Balcony looks over jungle and river. The bathroom was spacious with all the amenities including water for brushing your teeth. The villa also had a mini fridge ,kettle and bottles of water. The staff with ask you via Whatsapp, if you if you want housekeeping. The pool is very clean and nice, right next to the water palace. "
