"Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, aber trotzdem zu Fuß oder über den nahen Bus in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Stadtzentrum verbunden. Generell könnte die Anlage mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände in unserem Appartement stammten aus den 1980er Jahren. Der Empfang und auch der Service war sehr freundlich. Den Preis für das angebotene Frühstück (ca. 28 Euro pro Erwachsener und 17 Euro pro Kind) haben wir mit Blick auf das doch recht überschaubare...

Die Anlage, der Pool und das Appartment waren immer sauber und gepflegt. Am Besten hat uns der Blick in die Berge vom Balkon aus gefallen. "- not clean, dust and dirty floors - can hear neighbours blowing noses and foot steps - not enough hot water, cold showers - no latches for security, cleaning staff walked into our unit startling our young children on our last day! - cleaning staff yelled at my children for being 5 mins late, this is unacceptable - management will talk back, they are condensding and not accommodating - no soap, not enough towels - do not use bread service, it's not accessible - parking is very tight, garage...

"A beautiful historic property in the heart of Vipiteno. The young ladies at the front desk were very accommodating in offering to park our car in a distant SA lot when the on-site parking wasn’t included in our type of reservation. We were able to walk right out the door and into the heart of the old town. The room was beautifully appointed with every amenity needed which helped to offset the lack of view. In the morning we were provided an excellent breakfast with a wide array of food options. We really enjoyed this stay!"

"Great historic hotel, ideally located close to the Roman bridge in a park-like setting. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. We enjoyed the facilities - both pools, the hot tub, and the lounging area. Excellent breakfast. I can’t wait to visit again!"
