"Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday."

Während unseres Aufenthalts herrschte jedoch Nebensaison – der Pool und die Sauna waren geschlossen (man konnte jedoch alles im gegenüberliegenden Hotel nutzen), das Restaurant und die Bar waren nicht in Betrieb, die Rezeption ..."
