"Really nice property and everyone was so nice and willing to help! That’s a plus!!!"

"The desk clerk told me that they did not even have the kind of room that I had reserved through Expedia, a 2-queen suite with a balcony with two beds and a sofabed. I showed him the reservation, and he said it didn't exist. I could have 2 queens with a balcony but not a sofabed or a king suite with a balcony but only 1 bed. "All of it"

"So the bed was pretty comfortable. And somebody had called me to let me know the person at the front desk had to leave and they were going to leave my room key in the room on the bed for me. I thought it was kind of strange that would have left the room unlocked like that but I was thankful they called to let me know what was going on. I hate saying but it's definitely not worth the $80 something dollars I paid. The room was too warm and I couldn't figure out where the heat was coming from,...
