"Hotel is in a GREAT location with a dedicated parking garage (costs extra, per day). VERY CLEAN with a pleasant smell. The suites are snug, but the kitchenette has great accessories + an actual oven, and a large mini-fridge! The hot tub, pool & sauna are also great. The tub in the suite is oversized, and the shower has great water pressure. We only interacted with the staff at check in and check out, but they were friendly. The housekeeper was very good & quick on the one day we took our sign down for service. However, the elevator situation is awful- only 2/3 work, first of all. Both of which take a long time to arrive, usually causing lines of people waiting and packed full elevator rides. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds are not comfortable. For the cost, though, our family of 5 would absolutely stay again."

"Breakfast was amazing. They had plenty of choices and kept the food supplied so we didn’t have to rush as they did not run out of food. The staff were so friendly. Even when in the elevator with them they always told us to have a nice day. I do wish room cleanings happened daily rather than every other day (although every second day seems standard practice now.) We had to request more TP twice during our stay. Would be nice if they put more than one spare roll in the bathroom. "
