"The room was very clean although perhaps needed some updates. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning after a couple of days of travel. The two ladies at the reception were very welcoming and allowed us access to the penthouse showers and to store our bags until check in. Shoutout to them; I’m sorry I don’t remember their names. We had a very pleasant 4 day stay."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. I commend the Canadian people in general, they were all friendly and went above and out of their way to assist visitors. At least everyone we came across and we visited a lot of places and talked to a lot of people. Enjoyed the easy access to the nearby Metro and the very helpful assistance the concierge "Jonathan" suggested to enjoy our stay. I apologize in advance if I got his name incorrect. He was great. Took a beautiful scenic drive to Whistler and had lunch. Also did the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Vancouver is an easy and quick escape from Los Angeles. Scenic and relaxing. Would definitely return."
