My team and I regret to learn about the various service shortfalls that you encountered as these are certainly not the level of standards that we are known for. We take the delivery of exceptional guest experience very seriously and will continue to improve in this.You are definitely right to say that there is construction in our surrounding areas, however, this construction is not part of the hotel, and it is out of our hands, Please know, that we have taken multiple steps to ensure minimal disruption in terms of the noise factor. Yes, the view looking down, is not as mesmerizing as one would think, however, the view to take our breath away, is the horizon view overlooking the beautiful Halong Bay caves, which, I might add, was not disrupted by the construction. We do sincerely apologize for the loud music in the next room, I cannot imagine the night you had, and we deeply regret this. We do sometimes experience "party" guests and we take this kind of challenge very seriously. Thank goodness the team managed to upgrade you and your girlfriend to a 2 Bedroom on a higher floor and hopefully you both were able to get some sleep. I hope you liked the flowers and cake we got for your girlfriend, in honor of her birthday, as well as the complimentary food and drinks offered at our Roof Top Bar, This was the least we could do to make it up to you both. As this is low season in Halong, and also winter is coming, there are fewer locals around, however, I would love to invite you back in the summer season, when the city and hotels are bustling. And lastly, I would like to assure you that none of our photos on the website are fake. All photos you see on all booking channels are real, of our property, facilities, and guest rooms. These photos are taken from outside of our property on different land. We aspire to create wonderful moments for all our guests by being honest and transparent from the booking stage.
