"Loved our stay! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel uses WhatsApp which you can ask questions anytime. We used it to book the gym which is really well equipped too. Hotel is in a more neighbourhood area which we liked and super easy to get into town centre on tram or a 40 min walk. Would 100% recommend."

"There are pros and cons to this place, so let's start with the pros. The apart-hotel is located on a quiet canal street, away from the tourist trails yet still conveniently situated. Many cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops are just steps away. The place was clean with comfortable beds and felt spacious. The kitchen had all the necessities for a short stay. Cons: Although the apartment was clean, the furnishings are a bit worn and the decor is very austere. A leg on one of the beds was...

"There were many instances where they fell short, especially with front desk and housekeeping. However, the final straw was when housekeeping took a used bath towel from the bathroom floor, folded it up and put it back on the towel rack! I will avoid this hotel and every other one managed by this group."
