"Nice clean hotel good breakfast. its like 3 mins walk from Lauterbrunnen station"

"Clost proximity to Interlaken West station. River on either side was a nice view from balcony. Decent breakfast. Staff was friendly. Allowed us to keep luggage after checkout for a few hours which was a big help. Room didn't have AC which was a bit of an inconvenience in peak summer with temps in mid 90s. But rooms were equipped with fans and cracking windows open allowed room to cool down after sun down. Room was spacious for our party of four. Extra large bathroom which seemed an exception...

"Amazing hotel and staff. Pedro picked us up from the Interlaken OST and also dropped us off. That was the first impression of knowing how the experience will go. It is very nicely located property. Right outside is the harder Klum train station. Property doesn’t have Air Conditioning, but that’s the case at 85% properties in Switzerland. Overall great staff and an amazing service. Will come back to stay again at this property for sure."

"We had a good stay at the hotel but unfortunately the guests with the room just above ours seemed to be walking around their room a lot which coupled with the old age of the building was very annoying."

"Like the location in front of train and bus , next to shops and supermarket. A little noise if facing train tracks mostly people talking on the street"

"The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful. It’s inside the valley and gives us the best atmosphere. The balcony with the Mountain View is a bonus. They have public refrigerator to store the stuff, but not at the room. Don’t forget to take your stuff when you leave."
