"Extremely friendly staff and hotel service. I recieved a voucher as an expedia customer and dined on the 12th floor one evening at their restaurant. It is very upscale with speciality drinks made onsite and quite affordable. I would definitely return to this hotel. You are closeby to multiple monorail stations and a 15 minute walk to the popular kokusai street "

"Room was clean and big for a Japanese room. I had my own washing machine in the room and the hotel provided complimentary detergent in the room. The location is good, just a few minutes walk from the monorail. This is useful for the airport and transport into and around town. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. "

"The most spacious room I've stayed in this far. Had a whole couch a separate shower and bath. Definitely would stay again. "

"No bath, an amazing shower that made up for it. Really clean and pretty spacious room. Only gripe would be the reception is kinda slow. Late checkout is 2000yen an hour, which more expensive than usual. Other than that couldn't have been better. "

"The room was spotless. Did a great job for the upkeep. Front staff and cleaning staff friendly and courteous. Delicious breakfast in theur restaurant. Close to Onoyama Park( for running), Yui Rail Station for traveling places, Family Mart for food and Don Quixote for gifts."

"Clean room they change towels everyday. Helpful and accommodating staff. Alot of Restaurant and convenience store nearby and close to public transit. "
