IF YOU BOOK HERE BE PREPARED FOR SOME TYPE OF EXTRA FEES TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY We arrived & were told a story that the room that we booked had broken air-conditioning. The lady said we would have to pay extra 120,000 dong for a different, bigger room for 4 nights, plus we must pay extra 30,000d for cleaning fees. "when we first arrived at Halo Homestay - we were concerned because it was not in a very nice area. We didn't realise how big Halong Bay city is. we were expecting sleepy little fishing village!!
