"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. "The property and family that run it are great. I chose the property for it's quiet location after the chaos of Hanoi. Unfortunately construction work very near by was very loud during the day starting early in the morning and going on all day. Very sad for the business. They did provide ear plugs but didn't really fix the issues 🌺"

"Host was the best I could imagine. She helped us with all sorts of service like early check-in, booking tours and travel to our next place. The rooms were unfortunately not as good so takes the rating down. Drain was clogged in our first room. AC did not work to heat or dry the rooms so it was very moist and cold and we were freezing through the night. I can imagine this place being much better on a warm summer day when that is not a problem and the pool also being more useful."
