"Frankly speaking about 'Ecstacy Hotel' It was worst hotel in my life. They are liar and swindler! I booked room for a night and paid through "Hotels.com". When I visit hotel, they said there is no available room and they are so sorry to me about that. I understood it was friday night and everybody can mistake. They told me they will cancel my booking. But they didn't. Furthermore, now they are saying guest was no show. If I don't have a receipt of Grab, they succeed to steal my money."

"Would give this hotel 100 stars if I could, had the best time here! Location of the hotel is splendid, near to all the hot spots but not too crowded and not noisy at the same time. Staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. Room is spacious, clean and amenities are wonderful (spa, pool, gym etc.). This hotel just feels very luxurious for its price and I would definitely stay here again."
