"Wonderful view of the bay. Excellent bed. The AC did not work properly. Had to drop the thermostat to 16.5 degrees C after midnight. Overnight it turned off. Was too warm. Desk said would have the manager address the problem. Also said I paid Hotels.com and he can’t give us a concession/discount. ..."
