"Went down a the advertised hot breakfast and the lady serving had a bad attitude problem. Asked for sunny side up eggs and she gives me a dirty look. Get someone friendly behind the counter when dealing with guests don’t need your bad attitude first thing in the morning!!!"

"The location of the property was excellent, and the facility was very clean stealth very helpful. What my complaint is we had trouble with the stool not flushing. The water in the bathtub was very very, very slow about draining all in all I would go back."

"I like the rates, they were better than most. It was quiet at night. What I did not like was the fact that it was advertised that Internet was provided, this proved to be false. I went to Savannah for business and pleasure, the business aspect was slowed to a stand still. The person at the desk proved to be very unprofessional because her dangerous dog made it impossible to communicate with her. I will not be returning nor will I recommend. I left a day early to finish my business."

"I am still waiting for refund from issues. There was no manager on site on Sunday July 5th and I was told I would hear from the manager 2 days ago on Monday July 6th. We paid via Expedia and the hotel will need to refund us through Expedia (and arrange with Expedia). The AC did not work - we tried re-setting it as instructed and it remained at 81-82 degrees and musty. Photos taken. "We stayed one night prior to our week on the island. Location is great for the night before crossing the bridge onto HHI. Room was comfortable and clean, check in was smooth and quick. Amenities were lacking a complimentary breakfast. If that is important to you, then look elsewhere. There is complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby in the morning. Breakfast is available for a charge of 17$ adult, 10$ for a child. I opted to go down the road to McDonalds,just a short drive....
