Wow. I am so glad we decided to stay here - the service from the moment you step foot on the property to the moment you leave was exceptional. Our stay was the best from the moment we arrived to check out. We were really taken care off and all staff made sure that we had the best stay. The property is conveniently located right by the Sounzan cable car station with it’s own private elevator. We were greeted as we got off the elevator and our luggages were whisked away by many staffs directly to our room. This was a beautiful property and the room with a private onsen was perfect. However, for almost $600 per night, I’d expect a 5 star experience. The dinner and breakfast were just okay, we were able to get a drop off to the nearby museum, but not picked-up, and overall the stay was great, but not worth such a high price point. This hotel should be in the $300-400 range at most.
