"This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

"Wonderful Stay in Hakone! The property is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to Hakone Yumoto shopping street, with two convenience stores nearby. There’s also a parking space available. The property itself is new, clean, and well-organized, with a cozy modern Japanese design that makes you feel instantly relaxed. "Rooms were excellent, clean and very roomy. Onsen was great and well maintained. Only complaint is there is only one restaurant within walking distance. Everything is far and hilly, without a car this can be very inconvenient. The day we were there, it was raining and we could not even get a cab. Had to to walk 10 min to a bus stop and wait in the rain. Other than tat i highly recommend the hotel. "
