"This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though. "

"This is a great location for accessing the mountains and enjoying the snow. There are both public and private onsens on site, the manager is lovely and helpful and the drying room for your winter equipment is also great. I have nothing but great memories :-) "

"外装、内装も写真よりも実物が綺麗でした。 和風の旅館ですが、地下から２階屋外までwifiは問題なく繋がり、Zoomなどのビデオ通話約90分も支障ありませんでした。 ご飯は量がやや多いですが、朝食、夕食共に小学生の子供達も大満足です。ご飯や味噌汁、卵といった基礎的な部分が美味しく、外出して食べるよりもこちらで頂く方が良いのではないかと思います。 自信を持ってオススメします。"
