"My sister has mobility challenges. The room where we were originally assigned was not on the first floor. The attendant did some adjusting and got us a room where she could maneuver. The room was lovely . The outside court are was neat, calming and a treat to view out the window. We needed an iron. No problem! Very polite and helpful office staff."

"The hotel is central to just about everything in the area, the staff is top notch, the pool is awesome, we are already planning our next trip. So the bad…… no microwave! Doesn’t seem like a big deal but underneath the surface it’s just another attempt to milk us for every penny they can. "Great place clean room very family friendly. Parking always sucks and fee is a little much due to people already paying a lot to stay. They should charge people less to park at their own risk. So they need to change some things. Staff is okay asked to get 10 minutes more to get out of my room due to last minute changes of me not staying two days afterwards and they couldn't even do that without trying to charge me 39 dollars. Good place but some things they do is not cool."

"We had a GREAT stay and would highly recommend this property to friends/ family. The accommodations were clean and comfortable!!
One thing to note, Starbucks coffee was not allowed in the pool area. However, the pool security staff did an excellent job maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. They were attentive and ensured that roughhousing was kept under control in pool, which we appreciated.
