"We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix...

"Never have I stayed in a hotel that you could hear everything the people in the next room said until I stayed here. Which means if you’re a light sleeper, you’re not getting sleep. Worst sleep of my life, we were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after the first night and went somewhere else. "The property is not bad, but I was a tad bit diaspointed considering this is a Marriot property. "TV didnt work and needed to be fixed by staff. But its DirectTV in 2026 so I recommend bringing your own entertainment. Toilet paper is worthless. No elevator. Some outlets didnt work. WASH THE COFFEE MACHINE. Mine had sludgy water left in it. Absolute disaster, but you get what you pay for. If you want a bed, a roof and a toilet that might not flush then fine... otherwise, id recommend just sleeping in your car."

Asked for us to bring the dirty towels down first because they don’t have many towels in the hotel so they need to have them on rotation.. like I just needed clean towels to take a shower. Also the shower never got super hot. It was luke warm. Breakfast was very basic.. "
