The bed was king size, room spotless, grounds amazing, pool crystal, beach interesting, pool furniture well placed, patio facing the pool, and staff worked making us feel welcome morning to night. The two chefs skills matched the amazing menu world class, fresh balanced selections met our every needs. "We are a family of 4 and we booked for 3 nights but the first night our room has no cold or hot water to shower nor to flush the toilet. We had no water for 12 hours. We walked to inform the water problem . There was no telephone in the room and it was a long walk to the reception desk. Only our room got affected since we confirmed with our neighbor. The owners of the hotel blamed on his staffs for their negligence but did not compensate us for that night. It is unfair and unacceptable. DO NOT stay here. Terrible service and management!"
