"The view was great. Upgraded Kitchen and Bathroom. Ample parking. it does not have AC but you wont feel any difference with the ocean breeze. Great location as its close to downtown Kona and all the beaches in Kona. very quite apartment. We had a great time"

"Recently, my husband & I stayed at a condo name Casa De Emdeko in Kona, Big Hawaii Island for 18 days. It was a clean and beautiful place where we were able to relax, unwind and rejuvenate while exploring the island. We loved the view from the lanai, cool air from the air conditioner, and the beach chairs & the cooler, for a beach picnic, that were available in the condo. The gorgeous sunset scene from the white sand area, near the ocean, at the condo was memorable. We appreciate the prompt...

"The location is great. Yes, it can be a little loud sometimes but that happens when you're in a good and lively spot. I was skeptical to stay someplace without AC but the fans and screen door really cooled things down. They have coolers for beach picnics, beach towels and everything else you need. Some things could use an update (bathroom rugs) but overall we were super happy and comfortable in this condo. We will absolutely try to stay here again!"

"I loved this little condo. It had a great view the balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning. Loved the salt water pool. I didn’t swim in the regular pool but watched others. It was the perfect little getaway. Mostly quiet during the days. "

"What stands out the most is watching the sunsets while standing out on the narrow deck. Place was so clean and ready for our stay when we entered. Thank you Grand and your cleaners for your excellent service. If there was one thing that might need to improve our the mats. There are 3 main mats (kitchen, bathroom and entry) are very thin and prone to buckling everything we walk over them. What we need are the thicker ones with the sticky bottoms for traction to the hardwood floors. There were a...
