受付の方がとてもていねいに対応してくれたのでいい気持ちで宿泊することができました。また、部屋も清潔だったので、しっかりと体を休めることができました。

エアコンの効きが悪く騒音がひどい。お風呂の排水が詰まっていて、シャワー浴びても流した水が溜まって非常に不衛生。 共用部分ではエレベーターが古く、どの階にいるかわからない。トイレも汚くて不衛生。 良かったのは窓からの眺めだけ。 もう泊まりません。

設備が古いが部屋が広くて良い。 浜松駅近くは駐車場が有料の所が多いが、少し離れている分、駐車場が無料はありがたい。 中国人の団体旅行客だと思うが、部屋を間違えて私の部屋にピンポンを何度も押された為、うるさかった。

老舗のホテルなんだろうなと感じる建物。結婚式や宴会には最適なんでしょうが、ビジネスで遅めの到着になると、ホテル内のレストランは閉店、フロントで聞いた居酒屋も営業終了していて、近隣に食事ができるところがなく大変困りました。ビジネス使用はオススメできない
