"Overall, it was fine for the price, but there were definitely some downsides. I had concerns beforehand due to reports of bed bugs, but I did thoroughly check the room and linens and did not find any signs of bugs. The staff was fine, and there were some nice touches like LED bathroom mirrors, an iron/ironing board, hangers, mini fridge, and ice bucket area in the room. The AC worked, although the buttons were temperamental, and the shower was okay but felt a bit low quality overall. A few things were frustrating: - We were under the impression there would be continental breakfast, but there was no food available. - There was coffee, but when we came down around 9:30am it was gone and never seemed to be refilled. - We could not get the Wi-Fi to work on the TV at all. - The bathroom walls could have been cleaner. - The stairways/common areas felt a little run down. - There are two floors and no elevator, so keep that in mind if accessibility or luggage is a concern. - The sink in our room leaked. Not terrible, but definitely more of a budget stay with some maintenance/cleanliness issues."

"Definitely was a very charming place to stay. We did request an early check-in earlier in the week and they couldn’t accommodate which was unfortunate but I do get things happen. I thought it was a little more on the expensive side of things, but did enjoy my view of the ocean was partial view I should say."

"The room I was in had a remote that didn’t work. When I called the front desk there was no help. I was there for 3 days and they did not even try to accommodate me for this issue. Second the bathroom walls/door were very dirty. Visible strange chunks in the bathroom that could’ve gotten cleaned before we got there with a rag or scrub brush. The sink was fully clogged, if you ran the sink it wouldn’t drain at all. When my fiancé and I tried the breakfast the eggs were grainy…like terribly textured. Bacon thin as paper and dryer than a cracker…we had some hopes for ATLEAST the waffles and when we put the batter in the skillet it was extremely watered down which caused the waffle to be bad. Overall the bed was the best thing about this place. It was soooo comfy. Everything else was a bust. "

"Took a trip with my daughter grandson and his friend. It was great fishing. We actually saw someone catch a bat ray right off the dock in front of the hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. It’s a great place for paddle boarding fishing hanging out in the water nice and quiet staff is very friendly. The restaurant was great also"

"The room was clean. However, if your room faces the highway then you can hear traffic most of the night and there was no fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was good and great for on the go."
