We came and saw a note directing us to our room, which we dropped off our luggage and grabbed our room key but then when we came back that night around 8:00 the main door was locked and we had to call to get the pass code. "Our room was really nice. A king-sized bed, two armchairs and hassock, a nice table and two chairs for eating. We loved the pool-house with the hot tub - very relaxing - especially since the weather was gray and drizzling for two of the days. Access to the pool house was a hallway, so didn't have to go outdoors to get there. It's an older motel that has been remodeled and they did a nice job. When I checked in I was told I did not have a double queen room and was told I could get two separate rooms even though I am traveling with a 10 year old and 13 year old. TV was not working. Called downstairs to get help and no one came. Went down stairs 30 minutes later and then someone followed me up. Overall I wish I could get my money back. I will not be staying at a Hampton inn again."
