"Barton’s Mill was a fantastic find. Very friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast. We liked the fact the rooms were separate from the pub and easily accessible. Situated in a beautiful area. Easy access to M3. Would definitely recommend. "

"A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌"

"I quickly felt at home after kind help with parking and efficient system of registering at reception. Was very pleased with the room - bright, airy and clean with fresh shower room with window, good supply of soft clean, white towels and bath lotions. Surprisingly comfortable wide single bed with good duvet and pillows in crisp white linen. Simple accommodation just right for my needs at a very reasonable price."

"Ideally placed for the New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth, we stayed 1 night while visiting the New Forest. We were made to feel welcome, which instantly made us relaxed. The room was clean, well decorated, the bed was comfortable. The bed linen and towels felt luxurious. The weekend breakfast was excellent, we started with fresh fruit and yoghurt (cereals were also on offer) then had a full English which was cooked to perfection using good quality ingredients. "

"The George Inn was an excellent choice for our first night in England, due to its proximity to Stonehenge and the reasonable cost. All staff were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed a late afternoon walk on the country lanes of Middle Wallop. "The Fox is an excellent B&B with attached first class dining. The staff were great about our late arrival due to M3 closure, phoning to get our breakfast order and being prepared to leave a key for us. Breakfast is one of the best in Winchester."

"Really lovely family run pub, Simon and Amy are wonderful nothing is too much trouble. This is the first place my husband who has numerous allergies has been where he has had actual options. The food is all excellent and we know we pretty much ate our way through the entire menu. Our dogs were made welcome and we had a lovely stay. "
