"we stayed at this location because it was new and close by. The room we got was in poor shape out of three lamps one worked and one had no bulb and the other was shorting out. When we used the roll in shower the drain was so slow it flooded the bathroom so i used all of our towels to dry it up and more. the chrome shower bars had a lot of rust on them . When i called to see if they had my reservation they could not find it but it showed up later on they were going to charge me for my support...

Even though they have a no smoking sign, you can tell(if you're not a smoker) that someone smokes near or in the room. 6. Sketchy people walking around the building and...

"Room dirty asf, floors aren't moped, bath tubs very dirty and don’t drain, dirty towels and pillows, staff never at the front counter, had people waiting at the counter for over 10mins, no trash bins, reserved for a smoking room and they only have non-smoking, overall never again esp with the price they make people pay:"

"Lobby Area and Adjacent Hallways smell absolutely awful and the carpet are stained brown. Room smelled like bleach and had orange residue on floors. Kitchenette was working and other amenities were fine."

"The drawers in our room were dirty. We had to get the manager to come to fix the TV in our room. There was no one at the desk during check out on 5/31 so I inserted my key card at a nearby machine."

"My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was perfect. I feel very safe staying here alone. This was my second time staying at the Belmont Inn & Suites.
